The company provides financial assistance thru donation for employees whose immediate family died. For single- this is for parents, for married-spouse and children.

The company gives a gift/token to employees who got married in Church and is at least 1 yr of service. Just provide HRSD a copy of the marriage certificate.

The company provides a cash gift for those employees who passed a licensure exam that is related to the current job. To avail of this, just give HRSD a proof.

A financial donation given to employees who will be affected by fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake. Just give HRSD a brgy certificate or fire certificate that you are affected.

For those employees who already rendered 5 years-up and want to continue studying, the company will help them to finish their studies.
